Team Signup

Regardless of the LaGrange program, whether it's an Intramural, Intertown, Travel, or MiddlePath team, registration is done through the same link. The season includes both the Fall and the following Spring. For the Travel and Middlepath programs, look for Tryout postings in early Spring, and wait for confirmation from the coach before registering. Registration is done here For registrations submitted after July 1, 2010 there will be a $15 late fee.

In addition, this Medical Release Form will need to be printed, filled out, and provided to the coach, with one 2" photograph for the player's card and a birth certificate.

Risk Management

All coaches and administrators are required to take a course in Risk Management. Sign up here.
