U8 Travel Development Program
The LaGrange soccer club is excited to offer a new program starting this fall to our LaGrange families. The program aims to provide training for U8 intramural players interested in starting travel program in their U9 year. Players in this program will be practicing and playing games in their regular U8 division along with the additional travel development training.
Players participating in this program have the opportunity to learn and develop soccer skills and sportsmanship from coaches and trainers licensed by United State Soccer Federation (USSF) or National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA).
The program's curriculum emphasizes development over winning, small sided games as a teaching environment and player time on the ball to help them improve their skills and confidence. This program is for players with developing skills, a strong drive to develop their soccer abilities, and love of the game
Players are encouraged to participate in the year round program simulating the training of a travel team. This program is offered outdoors at no extra cost to LaGrange players. Winter sessions are bi-monthly and would include a nominal fee to offset the cost of indoor training facilities.
While the goal of this program is to prepare players for a travel level team, participation in this program does not guarantee placement on a travel team.

Intramural Registration for the 2011/2012 Year is Open
Please note: the registration fees are as follows before June 15th:
U5-U10- $80.00 per child; U12-U19- $130.00
***After JUNE 15TH registrants will incur $15.00 late fee***
The LaGrange Soccer Program is offered to all children 4 years and older.
Children born between 8/1/06 and 7/31/07 are eligible to play for their first time in the U-5 division for the 2010/2011 soccer year. The program provides skills instruction for all age divisions. U5-U10 is a co-ed division.
For the LaGrange Soccer club, the soccer years runs for a Fall season (September to November) and the Spring season (April to June).
