Board Meetings are held the 2nd Thursday of each month at LaGrange Town Hall at 7:30 PM, and are open to all Club Members. The Travel Registrar, Webmaster and LaGrange Cup Director are appointed committee positions. The remainder are elected Board positions.

Board member duties are defined in the Constitution.
